In our age it’s difficult to have a healthy food , but if you need it you should eat a natural food . this food must include vegetables and fruits . you shouldn’t eat the food which genetically modified for example : biscuits and cakes and you shouldn’t eat fruit and vegetables that have been spraying with pesticides because it brings a lot of diseases. You have to do exercises to be fit and activate . You have to sleep well that means going to bed and getting up early You mustn’t drink much of coffee and tea .

Citrus Salad With Greek Yogurt

  1. Combine the grapefruit, orange, and lime segments and their juices in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the yogurt into each of four dessert bowls.
  3. Divide the citrus mixture and juice among them and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the honey over and garnish with the mint.
